這段時間,因為武漢肺炎關係,我很少外出,多會留家吃飯,買餸的次數和數量亦多了。為免積存過多食物,我會定時檢查雪櫃,快過期/爛掉/上一餐剩下的食物,會快快「整嚟食」。

今次在家找到快熟透/過熟的香蕉快到期的牛奶、士多啤梨和忌廉,決定做「香蕉朱古力奶昔」~!

今次要消除的剩食:過熟香蕉、快到期牛奶

材料 份量三杯
過熟香蕉 4條
牛奶 150ml
白士多啤梨 隨意
糖 2.5 tsp
糖漿 適量

非必要 :
重忌廉 300ml
可可粉 2 tsp
朱古力 適量

材料中的香蕉、牛奶、士多啤梨、忌廉,都是家裡用剩或快到期的,其他材料包括糖漿、朱古力粒、可可粉,其實都是可加或不加。

做法

  1. 香蕉剝皮後切粒,放冰格急凍,雪至冰硬。最好雪過夜。
  2. 將忌廉打發至七成企身,期間加入兩茶匙糖漿,繼續打發至八成企身。
  3. 將忌廉放入唧袋(擠花袋),放入雪櫃備用。
  4. 將香蕉、白士多啤梨、少量朱古力放進攪拌機,加入牛奶和砂糖攪拌。
  5. 在杯邊唧上糖漿。
  6. 將奶昔倒入杯中,唧上忌廉、灑上可可粉,放上朱古力粒即成。

香蕉朱古力奶昔
  1. 將奶昔倒入杯中,唧上忌廉、灑上可可粉,放上朱古力粒即成During the coronavirus outbreak, I stay at home most of the time. I cook for my family. To minimize food waste, I often check our fridge to see what food is going to expire soon and I would this food first. Recently I am using some very ripe bananas and soon-to-expire milk to make smoothie~!

Ingredients Serves 3
Ripe Banana 4pcs
Milk 150ml
Pineberry
Sugar 2.5 tsp
Golden syrup

Optional:
Double cream 300ml
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Chocolate

Steps

  1. Peel and cut the banana into pieces. Freeze them overnight before use.
  2. Whip the double cream until soft peaks form. Add 2tsp of golden syrup and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. It takes about 5 minutes.
  3. Put the whipped cream into a piping bag and set aside.
  4. Add the banana, pineberry, sugar, milk and some chocolates into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Drizzle golden syrup on the sides of each glass. Pour the banana mixture into the glass.
  6. Pipe the whipped cream on top. Dust cocoa powder and put some chocolate pieces on the cream; serve immediately.
